My fellow guest was Clare Evans, author of Time Management for Dummies. Following on from my BBC article and interview, we were talking about multi-tasking, and simple tips for avoiding distraction.
Clare's were organisational, mine more existential: we only have so much time and energy in life - is Facebook, or repetitive email checking, the most valuable use of each?
And Fred made a nice point: we ought to simply 'task', rather than pretending to multi-task.
You can listen to the interview here. It's available for a week.
